EURONEXT MIV MILAN
Euronext MIV Milan – Market for Investment Vehicles – is the regulated market managed by Borsa Italiana dedicated to the listing of vehicles that invest in real economy, mainly closed-end Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
Several types of AIFs can be listed on Euronext MIV Milan: domiciled in Italy or in other EU countries, dedicated to retail or professional investors, constituted under the law of contract, under trust law, under statute, or as any other legal form, including ELTIF, EuVECA and EuSEF.
Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) and other non-AIFs can be listed on Euronext MIV Milan under certain conditions, e.g. SIIQs (Società di Investimento Immobiliare Quotate) that have not already fully completed the investment strategy.
Euronext MIV Milan is neutral in relation to the investment strategies.

With resolution no. 22008 of the 22 September 2021, Consob approved the amendments to the Rules of the Markets managed and organized by Borsa Italiana and related Instructions, already approved by Borsa Italiana’s Board of Directors on 22 July 2021. The amendments include the review of the rules governing alternative investment funds (AIFs) to be listed on the Euronext MIV Milan market. The amendments enter into force on 25 October 2021.
