• Company announcements distributed by listed issuers through SDIRs authorized by Consob, as well as documents published by issuers listed on regulated markets, are not available on the Borsa Italiana website. These materials can be found on Consob-authorized storage systems and on the issuers’ official websites.
• For issuers listed on Euronext Growth Milan, the documents are available on the Borsa Italiana website (as per Article 26 of the Rules of Companies). They can be accessed both on the individual issuer’s company profile pages and in the dedicated section of the Borsa website.

Borsa Italiana provides daily news feed on its website via Radiocor and Teleborsa press agencies. For issuers subscribed to the service, news feed from leading international newswire and press release distribution providers is also available on the Euronext Live website.

You can use Connect [Company Visibility > Press Releases], a dedicated platform for issuers to publish their company profiles and press releases.

• It is not mandatory to publish company announcements on the Borsa Italiana website. Communication obligations, as outlined in EU Regulation 596/2014, are fulfilled through the use of an authorized SDIR. This applies to both regulated markets (see Article 65-quinquies of Consob Regulation No. 11971/1999) and Euronext Growth Milan (see Article 10 of the Euronext Growth Milan Rules of Companies).
• Regarding the storage of documents, on regulated markets, it must be done through authorized storage systems as provided by Article 65-septies of Consob Regulation No. 11971/1999. On Euronext Growth Milan, issuers send their documentation to Borsa Italiana via a dedicated electronic channel for publication on the website, in compliance with Article 26 of the Euronext Growth Milan-s Rules of Companies.
• It should be noted that the obligations under Article 113-ter of the TUF regarding the filing of regulated information with the market operator are considered fulfilled through the electronic transmission of the information (via the SDIR appointed by the issuer).
