            The Board of Directors of Borsa Italiana, held today, coopted Nicola D’Anselmo as Member of the Board in place of resigning Riccardo Lupi and invited the CEO, Massimo Capuano, to continue the analysis regarding the stake owned by Borsa Italiana in MBE Holding, that owns 60,37% of MTS, updating the Board.
