            UBS as financial adviser for the feasibility study of the company’s flotation

            The Committee appointed by the Borsa Italiana Board of Directors on January 18 has chosen UBS as financial adviser for the feasibility study of the company’s flotation.

            The decision has been made following a rigorous selection process involving the major investment banks.
