Old Continent markets are all positive

News Image (Teleborsa) - There was a rush of buy orders on European stock markets, with Piazza Affari closing on the same positive note as the Old Continent bourses. In New York, the S&P-500 trades neutral.

EUR / USD creeps higher, showing a +0.37% rise. Gold is essentially stable at previous levels, finishing at 2,994.6 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil is slightly up, rising to 67.45 dollars per barrel.

The Spread sees a small decrease, losing -2 basis points to stand at +107 BPs, while the Italy BTP 10-year yield settles at +3.84%.

Among the European markets, Frankfurt secures a tidy +0.73% gain, London is essentially healthy, gaining +0.56%, and Paris is modestly up (+0.57%).

The Milanese stock market has a positive session as the FTSE MIB gains +0.95%; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share ends the day with an increase of +0.94%.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is up +0.87%; on the same line, the FTSE Italia Star posts marginal gains (+0.5%).

MPS Bank (+4.25%), Saipem (+3.05%), Mediobanca (+2.76%) and ENI (+2.23%) among the top performers in Milan.

Brunello Cucinelli has the worst performance, closing -2.62% down.

Leonardo is modestly down, shedding -1.06%.

Moncler drifts -0.85% lower.

Alerion Clean Power (+11.57%), Moltiply Group (+7.81%), Zignago Vetro (+6.63%) and Tinexta (+5.56%) are among Italy's top mid-cap stocks.

Pharmanutra has the worst performance, closing -7.18% down.

The Italian Sea Group reels under sharp sell-offs as it declines -6.61%.

An ugly performance for El.En, which registers a -5.71% loss.

A black day for Marr, which sheds -4.59%.
