- development and management of real estate assets (23.4%; Brioschi and Sintesi);
- creative art services (14.9%; Open Care, Open Care Restauri, Frigoriferi Milanesi and Società del Palazzo del Ghiaccio): polishing and cleaning of artworks, restoration of antique furniture, jewelry and valuable items, packaging and transport of furniture, furs, carpets, etc.;
- other (21%): primarily hotels (H2C).
