Banca Sistema S.p.A. is a banking group organized around 3 areas of activity:
- factoring services (98.7% of Net Interest Income) for institutional, government and private clients;
- banking (0.5%): primarily sales of banking products, standard and specialized banking services (including unsecured loans and asset-backed loans) for individuals and small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs);
- other (0.8%).
At the end of 2023, Banca Sistema managed EUR 3.4 billion of current deposits and EUR 3.4 billion of current loans.
Products and services are marketed through a network of 16 branches located in Italy.
