Who we are
BPER Banca, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, is the parent company of the banking group of the same name, the third largest in Italy. The BPER Group is present in all Italian regions, with a widespread and integrated distribution network of around 1,600 branches, able to offer banking and parabanking services to over 5 million customers.
What we do
BPER Corporate & Investment Banking offers Structured Finance, Derivatives, M&A, Capital Markets and Financial Sponsor Solutions products and services to Corporate and Institutional Clients, and directly manages the Large Corporate Customer Portfolio. In the Capital Markets area, BPER CIB offers advice and assistance for the issue/listing of financial instruments, on both the stock and debt markets. The activity covers all operations, from the structuring of the transaction to the subsequent placement of financial instruments, with particular regard to:
