Panorama. An immersion into Italian beauty

Following the successful edition at Milan Expo2015, New York 2016 and Shanghai 2016, Panorama,  an extraordinary 360° video-journey through Italy, came to Borsa Italiana on the occasion of the Italian Equity Week 2017.

Panorama is about the strong link between nature, culture and craftsmanship, it shows how Italian excellence – including fashion, design and food – is well established in the sovoir-faire and cultural heritage.
Panoramas were born as popular entertainment in the 18th century: a circular room, whose walls present a 360-degree view recreating the illusion of a surrounding landscape. 
In order to give Panoramas a new digital and modern life, an unprecedented public-private collaboration is created.
The Panorama team travelled across the entire country in order to shoot images in more than 200 locations and 100 companies, creating the most emotional and innovative movie on Italian beauty.

In order to see all this places, BIG turned into a garden composed of decorated bench (Summertime, 2013) and flowered beds produced by Gufram, an Italian design company with a “pop” approach present on the international market since 1966.

Panorama was created by Altagamma Foundation, National Chamber of Italian Fashion, Milan Design Week, Ministry of Economic Development, ICE, SIMEST, Comune di Milano and Chamber of commerce of Milan in collaboration with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism. The video was finalized by Drawlight with the art direction of Davide Rampello.
