BItNet
The BItNet service provides a fully managed and monitored private network to allow Customers to connect their own sites to the Exchange’s Data Centers and to access to Exchange’s trading venues and information systems. Customers can choose either a resilient or non-resilient solution and different bandwidth sizes to meet their connectivity needs.
BItNet is available for all Trading Participants, Network Service Providers and Information Vendors.

Exchange Hosting
Borsa Italiana SpA launched the Exchange Hosting Service in 2010 in order to provide Customers with the fastest route possible to Borsa Italiana trading venues and services covering the Customer requirements in terms of speed of response and latency while helping them to manage risk and improve certainty of execution for their programmed trading strategies.
Exchange Hosting Service provides cabinet space, power, cooling and market connectivity to allow Customers to host their trading hardware within the Exchange’s Data Centre putting them as close as possible to trading and market data systems. Added value services, such as Time Synchronization and Remote Hands, are provided to meet Customer needs.
Exchange Hosting Service is available to all Trading Participants, who are either trading on an Agency or Proprietary basis, and Network Service Provider.

CMC (Customer Managed Connectivity)
Customer Managed Connectivity (CMC) provides an optimised network infrastructure offering resiliency and scalability, to allow Customers to access to Borsa Italiana markets with additional choice, flexibility and exceptional control. The Exchange’s Accreditation program for Connectivity Partner offers Customers a choice of circuit suppliers from partners committed to supporting mission critical market data and trading access.

Borsa Italiana new connectivity options
The Borsa Italiana production and test environments can be reached via the new Client Managed Connectivity (CMC), connecting to the port(s) of some CMC devices ( “Client Access Port(s)”) in the Euronext PoPs at Interxion LON1 and Equinix LD4 or in the Euronext production data centre at Aruba IT-DC3.
The client can choose to use the existing ports already in place for the connection to Euronext markets or to order new ones.
In order to access Borsa Italiana, a physical connection must be made between the Client’s equipment and CMC devices. Clients can choose their preferred carrier.
The Borsa Italiana production and test environments can also be reached via the Euronext Colocation Services at Aruba IT-DC3.
