Allcore S.p.A. specializes in tax consulting services for SMEs in Italy. In addition to the tax division, the group includes the subsidiaries:
- Amyralia Srl, which provides strategic consulting and managerial training;
- Finera Srl, which provides subsidized financing, extraordinary financing and, through its subsidiary Soluzione Funding, offers credit brokerage services with regular registration with the OAM;
- Soluzione Meeting Srl, which manages territorial offices and the members' club for entrepreneurs called Quantico;
- Yuxme S.r.l. - the group's software development core - which has created the most powerful artificial intelligence applied to the accounting processes of SMEs and the Yuxme software which, from 2022, automates the tax returns of flat-rate taxpayers.
