If the username already exists, you will need to create a new one to complete the registration.

It is possible that you just have an active account. You can request your login information here. So, you can recovery your username and password.

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

I received the "Confirm registration" email  but the link to validate my account does not work. How can I complete the activation?

In this case you must use the unlock code procedure. In the same e-mail there is an unlock number code and a link where you will be redirected to the page and you can confirm the registration.


If I access my Personal Page I have to activate the account with an unlock code. What is it and where can I recovery it?

The unlock code is a numerical code that you need to activate your user. You can recovery this code in the "Confirm registration" email that you have received. If you haven't received this e-mail, please check the Spam Mailbox.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION COMPLETED

I would like to update my personal data. Where can I change them?

If you access to your Personal Page and you click on the  "Personal Data" button, you can change your personal data that you have entered during the registration phase.


I would like to update my email address. Where can I change it?

In your personal page if you click on "Personal Data" button you can update your email address. At this point you will activate the registration confirmation procedure to validate the new email that you have entered.


I would like to set a new password. Where can I change it?

If you access to your Personal Page go to "Personal Data" and click on the item "Modify Password" to set a new password.


I do not remember the credentials to access the site. How can I recover them?

On the login page of Borsa Italiana click on the item "Do you forget the login information?" and you will be redirected to the page where you can request username and password lost.


I would like to change the settings of the newsletters. How do I change them?

If you access to your personal page you will find the area  "Newsletter " and you can select the newsletter that you want to receive or not.


I would like to activate or disable an alert for a specific instrument or a type of instrument. How can I do that?

There are several ways to activate an alert:
• if you click on alert alert directly in the instrument page;
• if you enter at your Personal Page with the box  "Alert", you can check, suspend and delete the active alerts or you can activate new ones for a specific title or for a type of instrument.
