Overlayer
A Flash creative that appears over the web page for a limited time span (4 to 10 seconds).
After its time cycle, the ad automatically disappears. It is always possibile to close the overlayer, clicking on the X, that must be easily visible on the ad.
Any audio effect will always have to be "user initiated".
This peculiar format can be planned on run of site (by impression), and always has a frequency capping of 1 impression per user, on a daily basis.
