Who we are

IMPact SGR is an asset management company specialized in listed impact investing strategies and offers investment solutions that combine financial performance and impact measurement. IMPact's mission is to systematically measure the set of positive and negative effects generated by companies for people and the planet, integrating them into investment decision-making processes, in order to actively play its role in promoting and accelerating the transition to a global economy with positive impact. IMPact therefore pursues the objective of generating a net positive impact for people and the environment through innovative investment strategies that measure the net impact generated by investments and their contribution to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Agreement.

What we do

IMPact SGR offers collective management, UCITS advisory and asset management services to institutional clients and family offices, and positions itself as an asset manager specialized in the creation and management of investment strategies that intentionally pursue a sustainability objective (art. 9 SFDR products). Impact analysis applied to listed investments is the central element of IMPact's management approach, which sees in the synergy between impact research and fundamental analysis the key to product innovation for actively managed investment strategies. IMPact therefore adopts a three-dimensional investment process, focused on the optimization of the risk-return-impact profile of the managed investment products.

IMPact SGR, as of 2021, has officially joined the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) and the Forum per la Finanza Sostenibile.
