Who we are

Greenomy is a Belgian RegTech, whose main and controlling shareholder is Euroclear, with the most mature and comprehensive suite of SAAS sustainable finance regulatory solutions for banks, corporates, SMEs and investors. We are part of multiple entities, have consultants sitting in diferent industry initiatives and our Regulatory Watch team in Brussels is there to monitor the changes in the new regulations and adapt them into our products. At the end of the day, using regulatory technology, Greenomy is creating the first global ESG data ecosystem.

What we do

We have codified thousands of pages of regulations such as the EU Taxonomy, SFDR/PAI, CSRD, GAR and ESG Pillar 3 /BTAR into a series of portals that support each regulated actor -namely banks, investors and companies- with streamlining their regulatory compliance and mandatory reporting.  We also provide additional services such as regulatory advice and ESG data integrations / data lakes.                                  

COMPANY PORTAL

Easily select your activities, calculating your taxonomic eligibility/alignment by Turnover, CapEx and OpEx, get up to 2500 points of raw data and generate mandatory reports automatically on a company or Green Bond/Loan level. Also, navigate the ESRS for CSRD reporting while capturing around 1300 data points.

INVESTOR PORTAL

Helps Asset Managers, PEs, VC´s and insureres to Calculate taxonomy scores, SFDR/ PAI and EET reports while collecting data directly from counterparts.

LENDER PORTAL

It allows banks to streamline their Green Asset Ratio and BTAR /ESG Pillar3 and engage with their counterparties to use granular ESG data directly from them.

SME PORTAL

Allows SMEs to perfrom their impact screening and get around 40 KPIS of ESG data.

Operations, Projects, Actions, Signatory

We have several ongoing projects of all sorts: From advisory services, to the creation of ESG sectorial projects with national banking associations, banks, corporates and investors. We are also supporting our clients in the creation of their own ESG data lakes and system intregrations. However, our main project is to create a global ESG data infrastructure for the benefit of all regulated actors, to serve the greater good: a more sustainable world.
