ErreDue S.p.A. lists on Euronext Growth Milan

Milan – 6 December 2022 – Borsa Italiana, part of the Euronext Group, today congratulates ErreDue S.p.A. on its listing on Euronext Growth Milan.

ErreDue S.p.A. is a pioneer in zero-emission hydrogen electrolysis. The company specialises in the design, production and commercialisation of electrolysers for on-site generation of clean hydrogen, and generators of other technical gases for various industrial applications: laboratory, medical applications and new energy transition applications such as power-to-gas, sustainable mobility and industrial decarbonisation.

ErreDue S.p.A. represents the 19th listing since the beginning of the year on Borsa Italiana’s market dedicated to small and medium-sized companies, and it brings the total number of firms currently listed on Euronext Growth Milan to 184.

In the placement phase, ErreDue S.p.A. raised €20.4 million. In the case of the full exercise of the over-allotment option, the total amount raised will be €22.5 million.
