16th STAR Conference in London

London Stock Exchange hosts the 16th edition of the STAR Conference, with 49 STAR companies participating in public presentations and one-to-one meetings with institutional investors. More than 1,000 meetings have been organized at this year’s event, with a daily average of 16 meetings per company.
The Conference will be also supported by ELITE Connect (https://www.elite-connect.com/), London Stock Exchange Group’s new digital investor relations platform. ELITE Connect helps companies manage relationships with institutional investors and intermediaries, organising digital meetings and web streaming public presentations.
Today, Borsa Italiana’s STAR segment includes 71 listed companies with a total market capitalization of €32.21 billion. International investor capital plays a significant role in STAR companies, with 90.3 per cent of institutional capital originating from foreign investors (North America: 14 per cent; UK: 19.2 per cent; Asia and Oceania: 0.3 per cent; rest of Europe: 36.2 per cent).
STAR Companies will tonight attend an event at the Italian Embassy in London and will take part in a market open ceremony tomorrow morning at the London Bourse.
