New debut on AIM Italia: Borsa Italiana welcomes Mobyt

Today, Mobyt floats on AIM Italia, Borsa Italiana’s market dedicated to SMEs.
Mobyt offers solutions for shipping and receiving of SMS messaging services, and for delivering emails as a support to marketing and advertising activities.
The company raised €4.5 million, floating 14.68% of its capital. Integrae SIM is Nomad of the operation.
