Borsa Italiana and Confindustria sign an agreement to promote ELITE, encouraging companies to discover the benefits of ELITE for their businesses.
The agreement establishes the creation of “ELITE Desks”, information points set up in Confindustria’s regional headquarters across Italy.
ELITE desks will provide companies with the most up to date information on ELITE and put forward regional companies as candidates for ELITE.
ELITE is an innovative business support programme, helping companies prepare and structure for the next stage of growth. It was launched in Italy in 2012, the UK in 2014, and across Europe in April this year.
Raffaele Jerusalmi, CEO of Borsa Italiana, said:
“Borsa Italiana and Confindustria’s recent agreement is a success for both organisations but most of all for Italy’s ambitious fast growing companies. The partnership will give regional companies the opportunity to learn about ELITE and become part of its vibrant ecosystem, supporting them as they look to grow”.
Vincenzo Boccia, Chairman of Confindustria Technical Committee for Credit and Finance, said:
“ELITE supports businesses on their growth journeys, raising their awareness of capital markets opportunities, and guiding them on how best to capitalize on their strengths. Through ELITE, companies can grow, strengthen their financial structure and improve their governance and corporate communication.
Our partnership with Borsa Italiana aims to increase awareness of ELITE for all of Italy’s fast growing companies. In creating a larger ELITE ecosystem, we are aiming to support business growth, in turn helping to fuel the revival of Italy’s economy.”
The list of ELITE Desks and contact names, will be published on the ELITE (http://it.elite-growth.com/), Borsa Italiana and Confindustria websites.
