A new debut on AIM Italia: BioDue

-       The company produces and commercialises medical devices, dermo-cosmetic products and nutrition supplements

-       €4 million raised at IPO

Today Borsa Italiana welcomes BioDue on AIM Italia, the market dedicated to small and medium enterprises. BioDue is a company from Tuscany which produces and commercialises medical devices, dermo-cosmetic products and nutrition supplements.

BioDue raised €4 million at IPO. At the moment of admission the free-float is 10,1% with a market capitalisation of about €40 million. Baldi & Partners S.r.l. acts as Nomad of the operation.

After the admission of BioDue AIM Italia includes 66 companies with a capitalisation of more than €2 billion.

Barbara Lunghi, Head of the market of Borsa Italiana dedicated to SMEs, commented:

Tomorrow BioDue will become a constituent of FTSE AIM Italia.
