Three minibonds issued on ExtraMOT PRO

-        Three new companies issue a total of 24 stations and 30 instruments in January 2014

Three new minibonds were issued in January on ExtraMOT PRO, which is  a segment dedicated to professional investors for the trading of bonds, financial bills, equity instruments and project bonds.

The three new issuers are Finanziaria Internazionale Holding S.p.A., Microcinema S.p.A and JSH Group S.p.A.

Finanziaria Internazionale Holding S.p.A., a company providing financial and administrative services to enterprises which aim to grow in domestic and international markets, issued bonds for a value of €12 million with an expiry date of 1/22/2015 and with corresponding semi-annual coupon payments  at 5.00% per annum on the nominal value.

Microcinema S.p.A, a company specialized in providing high-definition technology services and digital film distribution, issued bonds for a value of €1.5 million with an expiry date of 1/29/2017 and semi-annual coupon repayments at 8.125% per annum on the nominal value.

JSH Group S.p.A., a tourist and hospitality facilities management company operating in the luxury market, issued bonds for €1.8 million expiring at 1/31/2019 and with a corresponding annual coupon repayment of 7.50% on the nominal value.
