Borsa Italiana welcomes Expert System

Expert System, the semantics technology management company, today listed on AIM Italia. The company raised € 17.1 million, with a post-admission free-float of 43.53% and a market value at €39.5 million.

Expert System, is the thirty-ninth Italian company to list on AIM Italia, Borsa Italiana’s market for small and medium-sized enterprises.

"We are very pleased with the success of Expert System, which was three times oversubscribed  at placement stage and is to date the largest IPO on AIM Italia. AIM Italia showcases  inspiring domestic companies, who can raise Italian and international capital to support their growth projects. In 2013, the 15 companies that listed on AIM Italia raised €168 million total".

The company will become a constituent of FTSE AIM Italia on 19 February 2014.
From the end of 2013, the FTSE AIM Italia returned a positive performance of +4.5%.
