Borsa Italiana welcomes Energy Lab on AIM Italia

-       Eighth debut on AIM Italia this year

-       Energy Lab raised €7,84 million

Borsa Italiana welcomes Energy Lab today on AIM Italia. The company offers planning advice and financial and insurance analysis of investments in the renewable energy sector.

The company raised €7.84 million, €4.1 million through a convertible bond, has a free-float of 17.19 per cent and a market value of €21.7 million.

The company will become a constituent of FTSE AIM Italia, which now includes 44 companies.

From the end of 2013 to 19 May 2014, the FTSE AIM Italia performed positively, up 2.04 per cent.
