Ecosuntek debuts on AIM Italia

-        43 listed companies listed on AIM Italia

-        The company raised €5,3 million

Borsa Italiana welcomes Ecosuntek on AIM Italia. Ecosuntek operates in the the renewable energy sector and is the seventh debut this year on Borsa Italiana’s market dedicated to SMEs.

The company raised €5.3 million, with a free-float of 17.51% and a market capitalization at €30.5 million.

The company will become a constituent of FTSE AIM Italia 2014, which now includes 43 companies.

From the end of 2013 to 05 May 2014, the FTSE AIM Italia performed positively, up  3.63 per cent.
