Borsa Italiana welcomes Agronomia on AIM Italia

-       Sixth debut this year on AIM Italia

-       The company raised €7,2 million

Borsa Italiana welcomes Agronomia, the sixth IPO on AIM, to its market today. The food manufacturer and distributor operates in Italy and abroad.

The company raised €7.2 million, €1 million through a convertible bond, has a free-float of 19.22 per cent and a market value of €32.5 million.

AIM Italia has to date in 2014 raised a total of around €80 million, five times the amount raised in the same period last year.

The company will become a constituent of FTSE AIM Italia, which now includes 42 companies.

From the end of 2013 to 5 May 2014, the FTSE AIM Italia performed positively, up 4.49 per cent.
