Borsa Italiana welcomes “Enertronica” to Aim Italia - Mercato Alternativo del Capitale
Enertronica has today listed on Aim Italia – Borsa Italiana’s market for small and fast growing companies. Enertronica is an energy saving company which operates in the field of renewable energy and realizes photovoltaic power plants.
Enertronica raised €872.145,6 giving it a market capitalization of about € 8,7 million and a post-listing free-float of 10,06 per cent.
EnVent S.p.A. is acting as the company’s Nominated Advisor (“Nomad”).
