QUiCK goes live

Starting from 29 September 2008, companies aiming to list on MTA (excluding MTF, Borsa Italiana investment companies segment), will be able to do it directly online, through the service “QUiCK”, QUOTATION in a CLICK.

The new listing system will allow companies, sponsoring banks and Borsa Italiana to manage all IPOs (Initial Public Offering) stages online, streamlining and accelerating document transmission and any other communications through a common interface visible to all parties involved.

The separation of users into “operatives” and “qualified” allows users to reproduce approval and signing processes typical of paper documentation.

Operative users will be able to upload documents, write messages and submit for approval to qualified users, who are then able to submit the documents to Borsa Italiana’s preliminary offices.

Qualified users will be allow to examine all the activity done by operative users and authorize the forwarding of documents all by a simple “click”.

Safety and univocality of transmitted information source will be guaranteed by a user certification and authentication process through assignment of personal user ID and passwords.
The introduction of QUiCK improves the efficiency of listing procedure, raising the service level delivered by Borsa Italiana.
