            Borsa Italiana selects IPO Advisers

            Chiomenti and McKinsey legal and industrial advisers for the feasibility study of the IPO

            The Committee appointed by the Borsa Italiana Board of Directors on January 18 has chosen Chiomenti as legal adviser and McKinsey as industrial adviser for the feasibility study of the company’s flotation.
