Uncertainty keeps European markets cautious

Caution prevails as EUR / USD continues the session slightly lower (-0.26%). Gold is essentially stable at 2,694 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil trades with a fractional gain of 0.21%.
The Spread rises to settle at +111 basis points, an increase of 4 BPs, with the Italy BTP 10Y yield at +3.19%.
Among the European indices, Frankfurt is basically unchanged, reporting a scant -0.04% variation, London trades with a small loss of -0.32%, and Paris trades firm at -0.08%.
The Milanese stock exchange sees no significant change with the FTSE MIB settling at 34,557 points, near the previous session's levels; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share is trading flat at 36,780 points.
The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is practically unchanged (-0.11%); on the same line, the FTSE Italia Star holds the line (+0.02%).
Among Italy's best performing large-caps, Leonardo's +1.61% surge cheers investors.
Saipem edges higher, showing an increase of 1.41%.
