Timid gains in Milan

News Image (Teleborsa) - The Milan stock exchange is trading slightly higher, while the rest of Europe flatlines.

EUR / USD is essentially stable, finishing at 1.064. Gold advances with a fractional gain of +0.47%. Light Sweet Crude Oil shows a timid gain of +0.22%.

The Spread slips to +126 basis points, down -2 BPs, while the Italy 10Y BTP yield stands at +3.65%.

Among the major European bourses, Frankfurt trades firm at -0.11%, London trades largely sideways, and tottering Paris dips -0.2%.

Milan is trading slightly higher, with the FTSE MIB advancing to 33,691 points; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share crawls up to 35,816 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap lacks direction (-0.01%); the FTSE Italia Star is slightly lower (-0.67%).

MPS Bank (+3.58%), Bper (+3.17%), Banco Bpm (+1.80%) and Prysmian (+1.75%) among the top performers in Milan.

Stmicroelectronics sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -3.15% lower.

Amplifon shows a negative session -2.32% down.

Troubled Leonardo falls -1.75%.

DiaSorin is down, with a net loss of 1.56%.

De'Longhi (+5.62%), Digital Value (+3.22%), Alerion Clean Power (+2.56%) and El.En (+2.28%) are among Italy's top mid-cap stocks.

Comer Industries has the worst performance, with a -3.13% down.

Ferretti is firmly in the red, showing a fall of 2.51%.

Juventus trades negative, losing -2.46%.

Carel Industries plunges -2.38%.
