Selling prevails in Piazza Affari and the other European markets

News Image (Teleborsa) - Indices in Milan and the other major European bourses all trade negative Meanwhile, the S&P-500 lacks direction on the stars and stripes market.

EUR / USD broadly maintains the previous session's levels, with a change of only -0.12%. Gold trades up, advancing to 2,769.4 dollars per ounce. Caution prevails in the oil market, with Light Sweet Crude Oil registering a slight decline of +0.37%.

The Spread climbs again, settling at +121 basis points, up 3 BPs, with the Italy BTP 10Y yield at +3.53%.

Among the European indices, Frankfurt lacks momentum, trading with a -0.18% change, London totters along with a modest -0.55% decline, and a sluggish day for Paris, which drops -0.42%.

Milan's Piazza Affari is essentially stable, with the FTSE MIB trading sideways at 34,948 points; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share (Milan) hovers around previous levels, trading at 37,077 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is below the flatline, slipping -0.21%; the FTSE Italia Star trades sideways (-0.06%).

Tenaris (+1.75%), Intesa Sanpaolo (+1.11%), Stmicroelectronics (+1.10%) and Iveco (+1.02%) among the top performers in Milan.

Stellantis sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -2.64% lower.

ERG plunges -2.11%.

Amplifon declines by a notable -1.81%.

Pirelli & C trades with a small loss of -1.43%.

Carel Industries (+5.01%), Digital Value (+3.72%), Moltiply Group (+1.95%) and Cembre (+1.84%) are among the big players in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap index.

BFF Bank has the worst performance, with a -3.16% down.

El.En is struggling, -1.93% down.

Philogen suffers losses of 1.93%.

Investors hurry to sell as MFE A declines -1.56%.
