Selling prevails in Piazza Affari and the other European markets

News Image (Teleborsa) - Indices in Milan and the other major European bourses all trade negative.

EUR / USD creeps higher, showing a +0.39% rise. Gold is in positive terrain, earning +0.71%. Light Sweet Crude Oil continues to trade sideways, registering a +0.26% change.

The Spread is substantially lower, falling -7 basis points to +118 BPs, with the Italian 10-year BTP yield at +3.43%.

Among the major European bourses, Frankfurt is sluggish, declining marginally (-0.43%), London lacks momentum, trading with a +0.09% change, and troubled Paris falls -1.02%.

In Milan, the FTSE MIB slides -0.79% to 32,907 points, continuing its downward trajectory that has seen three consecutive drops since last Monday; similarly, investors sell as the FTSE Italia All-Share slides to 35,063 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is slightly lower (-0.33%); the FTSE Italia Star trades sideways (-0.1%).

MPS Bank (+1.95%), Banco Bpm (+0.89%), Pirelli & C (+0.81%) and Saipem (+0.67%) among the best performing blue chips in Piazza Affari.

Stellantis sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -2.67% lower.

Stmicroelectronics is down, with a net loss of 2.60%.

Generali is firmly in the red, showing a fall of 2.45%.

Iveco trades negative, losing -2.37%.

Digital Value (+15.09%), Carel Industries (+1.81%), Moltiply Group (+1.58%) and Alerion Clean Power (+1.28%) are among Italy's top mid-cap stocks.

Ferretti reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -3.00% down.

Buzzi plunges -2.06%.

LU-VE Group declines by a notable -1.86%.

Ferragamo is struggling, -1.81% down.
