Selling prevails in Piazza Affari and the other European markets

News Image (Teleborsa) - Indices in Milan and the other major European bourses all trade negative.

Caution prevails as EUR / USD continues the session slightly lower (-0.66%). Investors are skittish as gold slides to 2,630.4 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil trades with a fractional gain of 0.12%.

The Spread is at +119 basis points, near the previous day's level, while the ten-year BTP settles at +3.27%.

Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt is sluggish, declining marginally (-0.23%), London is stuck at the previous session's levels, and troubled Paris falls -1.04%.

The Milanese stock exchange goes into red amid broad selling pressure, with the FTSE MIB witnessing a -0.89% decline; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share loses -0.81% to trade at 35,299 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap eases -0.3%; on the same trend direction, the FTSE Italia Star slips a fraction (-0.22%).

Among Italy's best performing large-caps, Leonardo looks composed with modest growth of +1.45%.

Prysmian performs modestly, showing a moderate +0.61% rise.

Stellantis has the worst performance, with a -8.77% down.

Italgas is down, with a net loss of 1.94%.

Moncler is modestly down, shedding -1.21%.

Iveco drifts -1.18% lower.

Moltiply Group (+1.33%), Cementir (+1.27%), GVS (+0.78%) and Cembre (+0.74%) are among Italy's top mid-cap stocks.

Juventus has the worst performance, with a -3.91% down.

Sanlorenzo is firmly in the red, showing a fall of 2.56%.

Tinexta trades negative, losing -1.9%.

MFE B plunges -1.6%.
