Selling prevails in Piazza Affari and the other European markets

News Image (Teleborsa) - Indices in Milan and the other major European bourses all trade negative.

There is no significant change for EUR / USD which, at 1.112, is traded around previous levels. Gold holds its position at 2,519.1 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil meanders around the flatline, settling at 69.31 dollars per barrel.

The Spread flatlines, remaining at +140 basis points, while the Italian ten-year BTP is at +3.55%.

Among the European markets, Frankfurt is struggling, -0.71% down, London falls just below its previous value, and Paris is sluggish, declining marginally (-0.56%).

Piazza Affari slips fractionally as the FTSE MIB sheds -0.62%; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share loses -0.59% to trade at 35,592 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap hovers just below the flatline (-0.55%); on the same line, the FTSE Italia Star is below the flatline, slipping -0.6%.

A2A (+0.92%), DiaSorin (+0.54%) and Hera (+0.51%) among the top performers in Milan.

Bper has the worst performance, with a -2.14% down.

MPS Bank suffers losses of 2.06%.

Investors hurry to sell as Unipol declines -1.59%.

Unicredit is modestly down, shedding -1.44%.

Acea (+1.29%), Cembre (+0.79%) and Caltagirone (+0.71%) top the ranks of Milan's mid-caps.

LU-VE Group sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -2.57% lower.

Danieli & C plunges -2.38% on intense selling.

Investors are selling as Moltiply Group records a -2.15% fall.

MFE A shows a negative session -1.74% down.
