Piazza Affari in good shape, but Europe cautious

News Image (Teleborsa) - Market reports highlight the wary mood permeating the Old Continent, with the exception of the Milan exchange, which is trading slightly higher.

There is no significant change for EUR / USD which, at 1.059, is traded around previous levels. Gold is slightly up at 2,639 dollars per ounce. Caution prevails in the oil market, with Light Sweet Crude Oil registering a slight decline of -0.37%.

The Spread goes down to +108 basis points, an impressive reduction of 7 BPs over previous levels, with the Italy BTP 10-year yield at +3.19%.

Among the markets of the Old Continent, stagnant Frankfurt trades to a near stalemate, London is stuck at the previous session's levels, and Paris makes fairly pedestrian progress (+0.42%).

Milan is trading slightly higher, with the FTSE MIB advancing to 34,733 points, consolidating after seven consecutive days of gains, which began on November 28, Thursday; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share pushes up to trade at 36,946 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap lacks direction (+0.12%); the FTSE Italia Star trades moderately higher (+0.29%).

Stellantis (+3.51%), Moncler (+3.22%), Campari (+1.83%) and Iveco (+1.39%) among the best performing blue chips in Piazza Affari.

Bper sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -2.74% lower.

Tottering Unipol dips -0.92%.

MPS Bank is definitely weaker with a -0.75% decrease.

Tenaris slips just under the flatline with a -0.73% decrease.

Digital Value (+8.35%), Tinexta (+3.18%), Danieli & C (+2.83%) and Ferragamo (+2.78%) are among Italy's top mid-cap stocks.

D'Amico reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -1.32% down.

LU-VE Group contracts moderately by -1.28%.

Cembre is subdued, shedding -0.85%.

Buzzi falls just below its previous value.
