Piazza Affari, Europe rally

News Image (Teleborsa) - Piazza Affari has a splendid session, fully in line with the major European stock markets. Meanwhile, the New York Stock Exchange continues to gain ground, with the S&P-500 up +0.99%.

EUR / USD is essentially stable, finishing at 1.093. Gold trades slightly up at 2,394.7 dollars per ounce. A day of solid gains for Light Sweet Crude Oil, which is up +3.59%.

The Spread declines to settle at +144 basis points, a reduction of 7 BPs, while the Italian BTP 10-year yield is +3.69%.

Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt takes off (+1.5%), London boasts a +1.75% increase as investors scramble to get their hands on shares, and an ebullient Paris is up +1.91%.

A day of solid gains in Piazza Affari, with the FTSE MIB rising +2.33%, bouncing back after five consecutive downs since last Wednesday; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share surges to end the session at 33,943 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap puts in a good performance (+1.17%); on the same line, the FTSE Italia Star is up +1.23%.

MPS Bank (+6.72%), Unicredit (+4.79%), Prysmian (+3.78%) and Nexi (+3.71%) top the ranks of Milan's large-caps.

Carel Industries (+4.91%), CIR (+4.80%), Zignago Vetro (+3.65%) and Marr (+3.38%) are among the big players in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap index.

BFF Bank has the worst performance, closing -2.12% down.

Ariston Holding is definitely weaker with a -1.1% decrease.

Ferragamo slips just under the flatline with a -0.53% decrease.
