Moderate gains in Milan
(Teleborsa) - Piazza Affari is trading slightly higher, on a par with the major European bourses.
EUR / USD continues the session just below the flatline, slipping -0.32%. Gold is essentially stable at 2,494.8 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil rises +1.58% to 68.74 dollars per barrel.
The Spread is broadly on the previous day's level as it settles at +140 basis points, while the Italy ten-year BTP is at +3.6%.
Among the European indices, Frankfurt is modestly up (+0.54%), London records a fairly pedestrian increase of +0.67%, and Paris is only just in the black as it climbs a scant +0.44%.
In Milan, the FTSE MIB registers a fractional gain of +0.64%; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share crawls up to 35,608 points.
The FTSE Italia Mid Cap climbs +0.76%; on the same line, the FTSE Italia Star trades positive (+0.77%).
Unicredit (+1.85%), Banca Popolare Sondrio (+1.42%), Tenaris (+1.32%) and Campari (+1.31%) top the ranks of Milan's large-caps.
ERG sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -0.73% lower.
MPS Bank is subdued, shedding -0.59%.
Enel falls just below its previous value.
Technoprobe (+1.96%), MFE B (+1.88%), LU-VE Group (+1.87%) and OVS (+1.82%) are among the best performing stocks in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap basket.
Ferragamo reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -1.53% down.
