Milan treads water

News Image (Teleborsa) - The Italian stock market remains unchanged , while Europe's major bourses slide. On the US market trading is up for the S&P-500.

EUR / USD holds its position at 1.098. Gold is essentially stable at 2,639 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil slumps -3.63% to land at 74.34 dollars per barrel.

The Spread is at +131 basis points, near the previous day's level, while the ten-year BTP settles at +3.57%.

Among the major European bourses, Frankfurt lacks momentum, trading with a -0.1% change, London suffers losses of 1.20%, and investors hurry to sell as Paris declines -0.71%.

The Milanese stock exchange sees no significant change with the FTSE MIB settling at 33,756 points, near the previous session's levels; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share is trading flat at 35,893 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is practically unchanged (-0.13%); the FTSE Italia Star inches up +0.32%.

MPS Bank (+2.96%), DiaSorin (+2.88%), Amplifon (+2.23%) and Italgas (+2.12%) among the best performing blue chips in Piazza Affari.

Saipem sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -2.28% lower.

ENI plunges -2.18% on intense selling.

Investors are selling as Recordati records a -2.17% fall.

Moncler shows a negative session -2.08% down.

Moltiply Group (+2.19%), Anima Holding (+1.59%), Sanlorenzo (+1.23%) and GVS (+1.20%) are among the big players in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap index.

Ferragamo reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -3.59% down.

Troubled Ariston Holding falls -3.08%.

Technoprobe is down, with a net loss of 2.75%.

Caltagirone is firmly in the red, showing a fall of 1.76%.
