Milan, Europe shine bright
(Teleborsa) - Milan's strong rally is on a par with the breathtaking gains seen at the other European bourses.
EUR / USD broadly maintains the previous session's levels, with a change of only +0.08%. Gold holds its position at 2,513.6 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil rises +1.46% to 68.3 dollars per barrel.
The Spread retreats to +136 basis points, a decline of 3 BPs, while the Italian BTP 10-year yield is +3.46%.
Among the European indices, Frankfurt rises +1.25% on positive cues, London is in good fettle with a +0.78% increase, and Paris is in good shape, advancing +0.88%.
In a strong day for the Milan bourse the FTSE MIB gains +1.12%; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share delivers positive performance, trading +1.09% up over the previous close.
The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is up +0.91%; on the same trend direction, the FTSE Italia Star inches up +0.58%.
Telecom Italia (+6.22%), Banco Bpm (+3.56%), Unicredit (+3.25%) and Moncler (+2.79%) top the ranks of Milan's large-caps.
Hera reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -1.28% down.
Terna falls just below its previous value.
A2A is sluggish, declining marginally (-0.57%).
Ferragamo (+2.73%), Tinexta (+2.72%), Ferretti (+2.59%) and Danieli & C (+2.56%) are among the big players in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap index.
