Markets of the Old Continent are all positive
(Teleborsa) - A rush of buy orders hits the European stock markets as Piazza Affari closes on the same positive note as the Old Continent bourses. Meanwhile in the US market the S&P-500 fluctuates around the flatline.
There is no significant change for EUR / USD which, at 1.052, is traded around previous levels. Gold makes timid gains, progressing by +0.26%. Light Sweet Crude Oil is on the plus side, rising +1.07%.
The Spread touches +120 basis points, a 3 BPs increase over its previous level, with the Italy BTP 10Y yield at +3.24%.
Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt reports no significant price changes in the absence of fresh cues, London records a fairly pedestrian increase of +0.6%, and stagnant Paris trades to a near stalemate.
The Milanese stock exchange looks bullish, with the FTSE MIB advancing to 33,766 points, consolidating after four consecutive days of gains, which began last Thursday; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share sees an increase of +0.82%.
