Markets of the Old Continent are all positive
(Teleborsa) - A rush of buy orders hits the European stock markets as Piazza Affari closes on the same positive note as the Old Continent bourses.
EUR / USD holds its position at 1.05. Gold is essentially stable at previous levels, finishing at 2,646.1 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil is slightly up, rising to 70.53 dollars per barrel.
The Spread flatlines, remaining at +115 basis points, while the Italian ten-year BTP is at +3.4%.
Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt is essentially healthy, gaining +0.27%, London essentially treads water (+0.1%), and Paris goes nowhere, reporting a +0.19% change.
The Milanese bourse edges up as the FTSE MIB rises +0.25% to 34,401 points; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share nudges up to 36,612 points.
The FTSE Italia Mid Cap gains marginally (+0.36%); on the same line, the FTSE Italia Star trades moderately higher (+0.25%).
Among Italy's best performing large-caps, Unicredit's +2% surge cheers investors.
Prysmian is modestly up (+1.34%).
ENI records a fairly pedestrian increase of +1.33%.
Stmicroelectronics is only just in the black as it climbs a scant +1%.
Moncler has the worst performance, with a -1.44% down.
Snam is definitely weaker with a -1% decrease.
Terna slips just under the flatline with a -0.96% decrease.
Enel contracts moderately by -0.89%.
D'Amico (+2.31%), Carel Industries (+1.98%), MFE A (+1.88%) and Maire (+1.86%) are among the big players in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap index.
Sesa reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -5.04% down.
Digital Value is down, with a net loss of 3.76%.
Alerion Clean Power is firmly in the red, showing a fall of 2.77%.
Ferragamo trades negative, losing -2.55%.
