Markets of the Old Continent are all positive
(Teleborsa) - A rush of buy orders hits the European stock markets as Piazza Affari closes on the same positive note as the Old Continent bourses.
Caution prevails as EUR / USD continues the session slightly lower (-0.22%). Gold is just below the flatline as it slips -0.37%. Light Sweet Crude Oil is largely stable at 69.51 dollars per barrel.
The Spread rises to settle at +121 basis points, an increase of 5 BPs, with the Italy BTP 10Y yield at +3.56%.
Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt edges higher, showing an increase of 0.58%, a positive result for London, which inches up +0.26%, and Paris is essentially healthy, gaining +0.49%.
The Milanese stock exchange enjoys timid gains as the FTSE MIB exhibits +0.34% up, bouncing back after three consecutive downs since last Friday; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share pushes up to trade at 35,593 points.
The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is only just in the black (+0.68%); on the same trend direction, the FTSE Italia Star inches up +0.62%.
Unipol (+2.37%), Prysmian (+1.94%), Azimut (+1.62%) and Telecom Italia (+1.44%) among the best performing blue chips in Piazza Affari.
Iveco has the worst performance, with a -0.76% down.
Stellantis is sluggish, declining marginally (-0.57%).
Banco di Desio e della Brianza (+2.81%), D'Amico (+2.22%), Juventus (+1.94%) and Fincantieri (+1.56%) are among Italy's top mid-cap stocks.
Intercos reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -0.73% down.
De'Longhi is modestly down, shedding -0.63%.
Safilo drifts -0.55% lower.
