EUR / USD climbs a tad to 1.048. Gold collapses (-2.87%), hitting 2,631.1 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil shows a strong decline (-3%) as it touches 69.1 dollars per barrel.
The Spread touches +126 basis points, a 3 BPs increase over its previous level, with the Italy BTP 10Y yield at +3.46%.
Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt looks composed with modest growth of +0.43%, London performs modestly, showing a moderate +0.36% rise, and Paris goes nowhere, reporting a +0.03% change.
Piazza Affari closes fractionally lower as the FTSE MIB sheds -0.2%, while, instead, the FTSE Italia All-Share ends the session on a dull note, at 35,604 points, near the previous day's levels.
The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is up +0.87%; similarly, the FTSE Italia Star climbs +1%.
Banco Bpm (+5.48%), Stmicroelectronics (+4.55%), ERG (+3.33%) and Interpump Group (+3.25%) among the best performing blue chips in Piazza Affari.
