European markets positive

News Image (Teleborsa) - Europe's major markets finish in positive territory. Piazza Affari also ends trade on a bullish note. On the US market, the S&P-500 is in fairly positive terrain.

EUR / USD holds its position at 1.053. Gold is slightly up at 2,649.5 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil loses a lot of ground, retracing by -0.77% to trade at 69.4 dollars per barrel.

The Spread between the Italian BTP and German Bund yields decreases, settling at +115 basis points, with the 10-year BTP yield at +3.22%.

Among the major European bourses, Frankfurt rises +1.08% on positive cues, London is definitely weaker with a -0.28% decrease, and Paris performs modestly, showing a moderate +0.66% rise.

In Piazza Affari, the FTSE MIB ends the day +0.75% up at 34,084 points, continuing its run after five consecutive rises, which began last Thursday; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share rises to close at 36,269 points, up +0.77% over the previous session.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap puts in a good performance (+0.8%), as the FTSE Italia Star is up +1.25%.

Campari (+4.32%), MPS Bank (+2.58%), Banca Popolare Sondrio (+2.54%) and Unipol (+2.35%) among the top performers in Milan.

ERG sees the heaviest sell-offs, finishing trade -0.79% lower.

Digital Value (+13.15%), Tinexta (+7.06%), GVS (+6.83%) and Maire (+6.34%) are among Italy's top mid-cap stocks.

Buzzi sees the heaviest sell-offs, finishing trade -4.32% lower.

Investors are selling as Alerion Clean Power records a -2.52% fall.

Moltiply Group shows a negative session -2.5% down.

Lottomatica slips just under the flatline with a -1.03% decrease.
