European markets positive

News Image (Teleborsa) - Europe's major markets are trading in positive territory. Piazza Affari is also bullish.

EUR / USD broadly maintains the previous session's levels, with a change of only -0.17%. Gold is just below the flatline as it slips -0.46%. A gloomy day for Light Sweet Crude Oil, which is trading at 82.5 dollars per barrel, down -1.13%.

The Spread retreats to +136 basis points, a decline of 3 BPs, while the Italian BTP 10-year yield is +3.92%.

Among the major European bourses, Frankfurt looks composed with modest growth of +0.27%, London essentially treads water (-0.13%), and Paris goes nowhere, reporting a +0.01% change.

The Milanese stock exchange enjoys timid gains as the FTSE MIB exhibits +0.34% up; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share crawls up to 36,339 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap trades sideways (+0.17%), as the FTSE Italia Star lacks direction (-0.03%).

Finecobank (+2.83%), Bper (+2.76%), Iveco (+2.72%) and MPS Bank (+2.48%) top the ranks of Milan's large-caps.

Amplifon has the worst performance, with a -1.35% down.

Tottering DiaSorin dips -1.15%.

Tenaris is definitely weaker with a -0.73% decrease.

Terna slips just under the flatline with a -0.65% decrease.

Fincantieri (+3.07%), Technoprobe (+2.96%), Juventus (+2.17%) and Ferragamo (+1.57%) are among the best performing stocks in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap basket.

GVS sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -1.02% lower.

Danieli & C contracts moderately by -0.97%.

D'Amico is subdued, shedding -0.95%.

OVS falls just below its previous value.
