European markets on standby
(Teleborsa) - The major European bourses are trading on a cautious note. Uncertainty and wariness also pervade Milan, where stocks cling close to the flatline.
There is no significant change for EUR / USD which, at 1.06, is traded around previous levels. Gold makes timid gains, progressing by +0.22%. Light Sweet Crude Oil trades with a fractional gain of 0.24%.
The Spread is at +127 basis points, near the previous day's level, while the ten-year BTP settles at +3.66%.
Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt reports +0,25%, London trades to a near stalemate, and Paris shows a positive tone (+0,21%).
Milan's Piazza Affari is essentially stable, with the FTSE MIB trading sideways at 33,664 points, while the FTSE Italia All-Share crawls up to 35,820 points. The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is only just in the black (+0.46%); the FTSE Italia Star trades sideways (-0.15%).
MPS Bank (+2.29%), Banco Bpm (+2.18%), Bper (+1.94%) and Unipol (+1.78%) among the top performers in Milan.
Iveco reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -1.64% down.
