European equity in the red. Milan also down

News Image (Teleborsa) - It looks like a gloomy day for Piazza Affari and Europe's other major bourses. The stars and stripes market is essentially healthy, with the S&P-500 registering a modest gain of 0.29%.

EUR / USD is essentially stable at previous levels, finishing at 1.102. There is no significant change for gold which, at 2,507.3 dollars per ounce, is traded around previous levels. Light Sweet Crude Oil loses -1.1%, changing hands at 67.95 dollars per barrel.

The Spread remains unchanged at +139 basis points, while the Italy ten-year BTP is at +3.54%.

Among the European indices, Frankfurt trades negative, losing -0.86%, London is modestly down, shedding -0.67%, and Paris drifts -0.22% lower.

The Milan stock exchange is trading lower, with the FTSE MIB recording a decline of -0.85%; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share is in reverse gear as it slides to 35,396 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap eases -0.39%; similarly, the FTSE Italia Star declines -0.76%.

ERG (+1.14%), Prysmian (+0.69%) and Enel (+0.58%) among the top performers in Milan.

Unipol has the worst performance, with a -3.74% down.

Saipem plunges -3.59%.

Amplifon declines by a notable -3.42%.

Stellantis is struggling, -3.21% down.

Pharmanutra (+9.68%), LU-VE Group (+3.42%), Moltiply Group (+3.04%) and Comer Industries (+1.88%) are among the best performing stocks in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap basket.

Tinexta reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -2.96% down.

Intercos suffers losses of 2.87%.

Investors hurry to sell as Sanlorenzo declines -2.65%.

Industrie De Nora plunges -2.33% on intense selling.
