European bourses in the red. Milan comes out bottom

News Image (Teleborsa) - Europe's stock markets are trading on the minus side of the ledger, while Milan is weighed down by even heavier losses. On Wall Street, the S&P-500 hovers around the flatline.

EUR / USD is essentially stable, finishing at 1.104. Gold is slightly down at 2,648.4 dollars per ounce. A day of solid gains for Light Sweet Crude Oil, which is up +2.89%.

The Spread retreats slightly to +131 basis points, down -2 BPs, while the Italy BTP 10-year yield stands at +3.45%.

Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt shows a negative session -0.85% down, a sluggish day for London, which drops -0.22%, and troubled Paris falls -1.16%.

Piazza Affari is trading negative, with the FTSE MIB shedding -1.35%, continuing its run after four consecutive falls, which began last Monday; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share retreats -1.3% to trade at 35,356 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap spirals down (-0.86%); similarly, the FTSE Italia Star declines -0.71%.

Telecom Italia is the top advancer among Italy's large-caps, with a +1.21% increase.

Saipem reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -4.70% down.

An ugly performance for Stellantis, which registers a -4.26% loss.

Finecobank is down, with a net loss of 3.22%.

A2A is firmly in the red, showing a fall of 2.62%.

Carel Industries (+1.13%), Intercos (+1.04%) and Lottomatica (+0.61%) top the ranks of Milan's mid-caps.

MFE A sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -3.01% lower.

Technoprobe trades negative, losing -2.89%.

MFE B plunges -2.7%.

Ferragamo declines by a notable -2.6%.
