European bourses in good shape
(Teleborsa) - The financial markets of the Old Continent record positive end-of-day values. Fresh buying also boosts Piazza Affari, which closes on the same bullish run as the other Euroland bourses. On the US exchange the S&P-500 moves just above neutral (+0.6%).
EUR / USD broadly maintains the previous session's levels, with a change of only +0.05%. Gold is up +1.09% at 2,658.6 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil has a weak session, trading -0.62% lower.
The Spread flatlines, remaining at +129 basis points, while the Italian ten-year BTP is at +3.57%.
Among the major European bourses, Frankfurt forges ahead by +0.85%, London goes nowhere, reporting a +0.19% change, and a positive result for Paris, which inches up +0.48%.
Piazza Affari is slightly up, with the FTSE MIB finishing at 34,308 points, consolidating after three consecutive days of gains, which began last Wednesday; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share crawls up to 36,455 points.
The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is up +0.77%; on the same trend direction, the FTSE Italia Star is only just in the black (+0.52%).
Among Italy's best performing large-caps, MPS Bank is in positive territory with a +3.09% increase.
A2A attracts bids with a +3.02% rise.
Ferrari is firmly in the black, progressing +2.6%.
Bper performs well, growing +1.91%.
Telecom Italia sees the heaviest sell-offs, finishing trade -4.63% lower.
Stellantis plunges -2.77%.
A sluggish day for Nexi, which drops -0.95%.
ERG trades with a small loss of -0.7%.
LU-VE Group (+7.22%), Brembo (+4.90%), El.En (+2.88%) and Maire (+2.81%) are among the best performing stocks in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap basket.
D'Amico has the worst performance, closing -2.00% down.
Tottering Ariston Holding dips -1.14%.
Carel Industries is definitely weaker with a -0.94% decrease.
Caltagirone slips just under the flatline with a -0.7% decrease.
