European bourses hold the line
(Teleborsa) - On the Old Continent, the major stock markets remain wary. Investors also show caution in Milan, where the market is flatlining.
There is no significant change for EUR / USD which, at 1.097, is traded around previous levels. There is no significant change for gold which, at 2,655.9 dollars per ounce, is traded around previous levels. Crude oil rises in an upbeat session, with Light Sweet Crude Oil gaining as much as +2.54%.
The Spread flatlines, remaining at +130 basis points, while the Italian ten-year BTP is at +3.56%.
Among the major European bourses, Frankfurt slips just under the flatline with a -0.3% decrease, London performs modestly, showing a moderate +0.36% rise, and Paris reports no significant price changes in the absence of fresh cues.
Milan's Piazza Affari is essentially stable, with the FTSE MIB trading sideways at 33,651 points; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share (Milan) hovers around previous levels, trading at 35,780 points.
The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is below the flatline, slipping -0.39%; the FTSE Italia Star holds previous levels (-0.1%).
Amplifon (+3.81%), Unipol (+1.78%), Nexi (+1.48%) and Recordati (+1.25%) top the ranks of Milan's large-caps.
